When we are restless and anxious we become irritable causing unlikely behavior towards others. Ma. Lourdes “Honey” A. Carandang, a well known Filipino psychologist, expressed that rest is a moral obligation. She gave a talk entitled How to Achieve B.A.L.A.N.C.E. and Prevent Burnout last September 13, 2014 at Club Filipino. Carers from different fields have come together including doctors, nurses, social workers, professors, parents, volunteers and representatives from different organizations. Dra. Expressive arts encapsulates different disciplines of art including performance art. It can also be used as a tool for encouraging resiliency and molding the society. I have discovered this in an eye-opening experience last September 12, 2014, during the Talk on Expressive Arts and Psychology. It was conducted by  Dr. Amihan Bonifacio-Ramolete, Chair and Associate Professor at UP Department of Speech Communication & Theatre Arts and Company Manager of Teatrong Mulat ng Pilipinas.
